About Me:
Former reporter, who Privately Directs the Education of her children. My husband was recently in a massive accident that left him in a wheelchair and our insurance only pays 80%. We will be fighting this legal battle with the irresponsible speeding driver that hit him. We also ha to move to a cramped two bedroom apartment, because it was the only available downstairs unit. We had two days to move. Thank GOD for friends! For now, we try to continue.
What we are Using:
Music: I used to be all about the 70's and 80's music. Now, I swim in the Christian Pop music of KSBJ, which is Contemporary Christian music. Watermark is my favorite group, right now! "Captivate us!"
Movies: Maybe I am a bit goofy, but my favorite thing to fall asleep to is a dvd of Charlton Heston reading th bible! Honestly, that man could read the instruction manual to my microwave and make it sound profound, eh?
TV: I have a near passionate diss-taste for television....

Thanks for the friends request, I really enjoyed reading your blogs. I plan on going to the school all year concept this year starting with our first day this year. I just really needed the break this summer and although they did a lot of unschooling on their own it was not enough apparantly for my daughter LOL. Look forward to reading more on your blogs!
